This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for telamon.com (“TELAMON”), chenecoenergy.com (“TELAMON ENERGY”), telabotics.com (“TELAMON ROBOTICS”) and any other sites or applications that display authorized links to this policy, (collectively with TELAMON, TELAMON ENERGY and TELAMON ROBOTICS, each a “Site”), provided by Telamon Corporation (“Telamon Corporation”, “we” or “us”) on behalf of itself, Telamon Technologies Corp., Telamon International Corp., Capital Land Services, Inc., and Telamon Enterprise Ventures, LLC and their respective subsidiaries. Information We Collect
The information we gather falls into two categories: (1) information voluntarily supplied by users; and (2) information automatically gathered.
Information You Provide to Us
We collect and store information that you voluntarily supply to us.

When you provide your information in response to a job opening posted on our Site, we collect the information you provide to us, including your name, e-mail address, physical address, resume, and answers to questions relating to the job posting.

We also may collect and store information that is generated automatically as you navigate through our Site.

We may share some or all of your information with our subsidiaries or other companies under common control with Telamon (“Affiliates”), in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. In addition, we may share the personal information submitted by you via our Job Openings page for business purposes with service providers, such as our recruiting service, benefit plan administrator, and payroll service.
We may share some or all of your information in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution transaction or proceeding involving sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets. In the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, information may also be transferred as a business asset. Our Site is operated in the United States. Non-Discrimination
The Sites are not directed to children under the age of thirteen and we do NOT knowingly collect personal information, as that term is defined in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) from children under the age of thirteen. If we discover that a child under thirteen has submitted personal information to us, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. Social Security Protection Policy Statement
It is our policy to protect the confidentiality of Social Security numbers (SSNs) from misuse and improper disclosure by maintaining and enforcing physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards.
